    The condition was exactly as described, very satisfied with the item. The packaging was outstanding! Everything was very well bubble wrapped in the box, the items were taped to the inside of the box (so they wouldn't rattle around), and it even came with a little note and some other little things. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy from this seller again! The seller was also very communicative.

    I had an excellent experience ordering this product. The store manager contacted me before and after shipment to offer support and explanation of policy. The product condition came exactly as described and in perfect working order, and in layees of bubble wrap to keep it safe for international shipment. They even threw in a Pokémon card! 10/10 for product and communications.

    AMAZING. The controller arrived perfectly packaged, and the seller went the extra mile by including a couple of extra goodies from Japan! They were also very communicative during the entire shipping process. Excellent seller and very kind! Seriously, the extra goodies with the controller made my day.

    The item arrived in good condition and I tested the unit and it worked with no issues. The delivery was super fast and the packaging excellent. I especially loved the personal thank you note from the seller. It really showed they care. They even contacted me before shipping just to check in with me. An excellent seller and I will be buying from them again for sure 🥹🫶 my experience with Japanese sellers from eBay have been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend.

    The only seller who tells you like it is, doesn’t lie in pictures or price unfairly, everything came with the good pace and was in the exact quality and condition it was presented to me in, the packaging was high quality and the extra bonuses really made it an experience over just reviving a product, the play station was in a mint condition and all accessories were in mind condition also
