  Quality, condition, value, and appearance are all excellent. I am most impressed with the shipping package. Bubble wrap, on top of 2 bags, with plastic wraps, with added card boards... The item was shipped with excellent packaging and protection. That's why product and service from Japan are the best.

  Wonderful! Professionally packed and in outstanding condition just like it was listed. Seller has made it a very comfortable experience! Would buy product from again! Buyer also provided personal hospitality by offering to go the extra mile to acquire any item in his country that is exclusive and ship it over for a cost. That is a huge deal and shows how much they truly love their country and wants others to love it and enjoy it as well!

  I am super pleased with the converses I got from Naoya’s store, the size was correct and they fit perfectly. The condition of everything is in mint condition including the box, everything was packed extremely well and the shipping was way faster than expected.   Amazing communications, very prompt in informing me when the item was shipped out. When i received the product, i actually found a crack on the right side. Reported this back to them, and after apologising profusely after they verified the crack, they offered partial refund. one of the best shopping experience i've had on ebay, integrity and initiative of the highest order. will definitely shop here again if they carry something i'm looking for!
