    The product (a Kato n gauge train) was exactly as stated, brand new and packed very well. Shipment to UK was very quick - I heard nothing for a week then, on Monday I received a FedEx tracking number from EBay and it arrived at my house on Friday. So delivered less than 2 weeks from ordering, much quicker than stated. Excellent value and high quality service by the seller. This was the first time that I had ordered from Japan, and I will certainly do so again. Thank you.

    Item wasn’t sent until about 9 days after payment. Seller answered my query about the item right away, and item still arrived within the time period claimed. Item arrived packaged decently, new and as described.

    I'm very satisfied with my purchase! I encountered a bit of a hiccup because my package was missing the trading cards. The seller was super helpful and explained they weren't able to find them but that they would be ordering them and shipping ASAP. They kept me updated of any delays and I eventually received the cards. The box itself was damaged but the bag is in perfect condition! This is a beautiful merch box. I cant wait to use it during the OT7 TOUR! quality & value 100% worth it!
