  Good communication! I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one with some flaws. After I complained to the seller he was open to renegotiate the price and reimbursed an amount we agreed on. So after all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this seller. If you buy from him, just make sure to ask if the pictures show the actual item you are buying.

  Very friendly ebay seller! the books I ordered arrived close to the estimated time, the package itself was robust and the books were in top notch condition, as advertised in the description when I bought them. Everything was very professional, but, one small negative point was that from the point of initial "we will send as soon as payment is done" to the "we send it" no further communication happened - until - suddenly I got an SMS saying "package will be delivered tomorrow!"

  Seller had great communication! Item was shipped within a good time frame and arrived earlier than the tracking suggested. Seller was also very responsive when some damage occurred upon delivery and even offered a partial refund. Excluding the damage, the items were in good condition and of great quality as indicated by the listing description and photos.
