    The quality and condition is new. It’s much better in person than the picture suggests. The packaging was very careful and well packed. The seller was wonderful and left a thank you note and personalization of the item was a nice touch. The shipping was faster than originally specified and came 2 days earlier. Overall really good value for the money.

    Very please with the entire experience, from the product itself to the shipping. Taka, the person I dealt with went above and beyond to let me know that my purchase was being held up at customs. For whatever reason eBay will not let me update my telephone number, DHL, the shipper contacted Taka who then let me know what was going on. A couple of days later I had my purchase delivered. Thank you!

    The lighter was in very good condition, looked exactly like the picture and was packed extremely well. Once it shipped it got here pretty quickly as well. Seller was very helpful too, and updated me throughout the shipping process.

    This is the most beautiful zippo lighter I have ever purchased. The quality is top notch and it looks just like the picture. It is brand new and was delivered within 3 days of it being dropped off at the courier. It was incredibly fast shipping to Canada for a low and very reasonable express shipping price.
