  This is a BIG gorgeous beautifully colored piece & its condition was as described by seller. I love it! The packaging was extraordinary in detail to protect it as shipping porcelain can be tricky/costly. I understand the cost of S&H fees & this sellers were extraordinary especially coming from overseas at zero $$. They were very accommodating & communicated several times with me on pricing so I could stay on budget. I recommend this seller & I have added them to my favorites list. Thank you.

  Perfect transaction! I purchased multiple items. They were as described in the listing. Nice quality. Well packed to prevent breakage. Item description for each stated it would ship out in 2-3 weeks from Japan, so I already knew to be patient. Received in 10 days after the package shipped out, which is much faster than I expected.   Weirdest experience yet on eBay. We ordered a $100 Kimono from Japan, and one month later we received a $1 Hello Kitty plastic case (empty) with a declared value of 10,299 yen! Was this a scam? Seller was apologetic though, and after plenty of emailing back and forth, sent a replacement Kimono by FedEx, with no extra charge, so it got here on time--we are happy to see it! We would love to know the story- did someone expecting a Hello Kitty bag get a kimono?
