  There was a problem with delivery and didn't receive the item through no fault of the sellers. The seller gave me the option of another or a refund. There was no hassle , refund was instant for which I was very grateful. I would use them again.

  Exactly as described, packed well. Great pricing. My son loves these pedals and they fit his bike perfectly. Negative- not the sellers fault: Awful experience for shipping - couriers please did not deliver until Christmas Eve when we were already away, 3 weeks and a lost parcel. I would suggest using AusPost instead.
