  Item was exactly what they showed and was packaged very good. It also came in very quick about a week after I purchased the product. Communication with the seller was excellent, although I was looking for an English version they informed me it was in Japanese and even offered a refund if I wanted before shipping. In the end I still accepted the product and have no regrets, this seller is completely trustworthy for those with concerns.

  I purchased this as a gift for my Mom and she is delighted! She stated the bag arrived beautifully packaged, brand new with all the wrappings on the bag.   After searching for a few years I finally located this bag that has sentimental value to me, I couldn’t purchase it directly from Coach as it was sold out and discontinued. The seller was responsive, and shipping was extremely fast. The item and shipping cost is fair for the item. They used DHL which is reliable and tracked.   I have to say this was the BEST & smoothest transaction ever! Even being international, I rcvd my beautiful purse earlier than expected, the quality is perfection, I mean all the wrapping was still on my purse as if I went to the store & purchased it.
