  This item came to me quick,fast and in a hurry and completly as described and photograph!! I encountered zero problems with this order. The item was well packaged, they really took the time to ensure its safe shipping and handeling. Once I had the chance to open and see the item , you see that the price for your product is completly fair.   Great experience, after a small hiccup. One of my items arrived damaged and I contacted the seller. Her response was quick and a new item also arrived quickly in perfect condition. The initial packaging was done per the Hallmark store, so the seller added extra padding to the ornament to prevent breakage. Great value for a fantastic ornament:) Thank you! Leslie
