  Antler was delivered late due to holiday shipping chaos, but seller communicated promptly and did everything possible to make transaction a positive one. HIGHLY recommend buying from jandmantlers. Item eventually still arrived as described, well packaged, and was a huge hit with the dog. I will be purchasing my dog's chews through this seller in the future. Incredible value

  Three tone gold bracelet arrived after EBay authenticity clearance. Pictures were accurate, but didn't expect no clasp on the bracelet. It took a little research for me to find that this was actually a bracelet and not something else being sold as a bracelet. Relatively expensive, but great customer service and responsive.

  Always a pleasure doing business with Justin. Best value and from an honest man that's willing work with you. I use the antler for knife handles so u asked if Justin could get shipping down if he processed the antler into smaller pieces. Was pleasantly surprised with shipping costs after cutting then for me. He could have discounted shipping a small amount or been unwilling but he was more than willing to make it work for me. Will be making my 3rd order soon. Stand up guy.
