    Will definitely do business with seller again. Communication was excellent. Pre shipping pictures were sent and renegotiated price for item with no hassle at all. They were honest and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Shipping was quick. Packed extremely well and smart. Glass did not come broken. They went the extra mile to secure the glass in air filled packing cushiond and foamed the gaps in the box with expandable foam. Glass receiverd as described . 10 stars guys

    They shipped my item quick, did show up late but that was ups fault. I ordered a seat belt, and it works great, it was as described, as little staining, but less than I expected, the only staining was on the buckle itself, under clear rubber. J&J answered my question before I bought, good services, good packaging, they made sure it was safe, in shipping. Value I believe is good, they were the first person I found carrying what I was looking for.

    Very positive experience. The communication was excellent. Packaging was top notch. It took me over an hour to open the crate and get the seats unpacked. Everything was exactly as it looked in the pics. I just did the seat swap in my 15 Ram and the seats work just as they should. I wouldn't hesitate to make a large purchase from this seller again. A+++ Thank you!!

    I cannot begin to speak highly enough about J and J! This was our first purchase but definitely not our last, and that comment is based on the exceptionally high level of service J and J provides. We put a bid in for the fender on Friday and it arrived (packed AMAZINGLY well) late Thursday morning, exactly as described. A super seller we'll be happy to purchase from in the future and so should you!

    Super fast shipping and packaged extremely well as described! I have not had any issues with this company from shipping to information they are a great group of people who still care about great service I have been doing business with this company for 5+ years and will continue! As far as I am concerned there's not a rating high enough for them! I am extremely happy with their service and quality of parts and their shipping and how well things are packaged. And they work with you on price's! A+

    These folks deserve their stellar rating. Item received in 3 days, better than described, reasonably priced, and so well packaged that even though UPS damaged the container, the item was pristine. Been looking for this item for three years. Will definitely buy from these folks again.
