  I purchased this item for my mother. She wanted white what I got was colored unfortunately I do not live close to my mother, so I set the item aside when I went to open it I discovered it is not white so now I have to go find another one. The window for a return has closed. I tried to reach out to the seller. She argued that I got white and all I got was sorry the window has closed  I told her I understood that I just wanted to know why she did it. False don’t buy from her.
