    Item arrived with broken base and poor packaging as in photos. After seeing new warrantied item for less on company website I asked for $30 refund but seller refused although he said I should tell him what I want and he would accommodate. See messages.

    Vacuum arrived super fast, well packaged, excellent value for the price. All the parts included and it works like it should. Even my 6 year old helps cleaning with our new vacuum now😁. Happy customer here! Recommended seller and product, A+++++

    Seller sent similar item that did not exactly match my purchase with the hope that it would meet my needs. Upon informing seller that I could not use it, I received a prompt refund. Although seller sent item immediately upon completion of payment, USPS took 15 days to ship it from GA to OK.
