  This vendor was fantastic to deal with. The package came in a nice clean,neat white box with a little thank you sticker on the box.The item was well wrapped and exactly like it was described. The shipping charge wasn't bad at all. I love owl so the price was well worth it. I'm going back to see if there might be something else I would like from this vendor.

  The item was described perfectly and very delicate. Beautiful! The item was shipped in a very timely manner and well padded, though folding the wings, tore the metal wrap around the stained glass. Advice, fill void with crunched up paper, then wrap with the bubble wrap. It might have shown this in photos, and why said delicate wings but I took it as being intricate. All in all, I am still happy with my purchase. I take nothing away from the seller whom I highly recommend. The item is beautiful

  Items were shipped and arrived in a reasonable time. While they didn't have the original box they were clearly new items and packaged thoughtfully. They were as described and offered. This was a great value.

  Shipped quickly and items as described. Good price. Could have used more packing materials around the items in the box as items rattled when I picked up the box. No damage done by the postal carriers thankfully.
