  The item was posted a day late, even though it was supposed to be sent on the same day. Communication wasn’t great either, as it seemed like a bot was handling the eBay messages. Additionally, I noticed some negative reviews about postage, which made me a bit unsure about the transaction. However, the item arrived on time and in excellent condition. I just wish their customer service were better. The item itself was sold at a great price, it looks great, the box was in good condition as well.

  Thank you. A Pleasure doing Business, item physical condition, being a brand new product wasn’t as described due to faulty manufacturing, this not obvious until the item having been removed from the manufacturer packaging, posting, well packaged and a fairly quick delivery, a very reasonable price if, it had functioned as expected. However this seller has remedied this to the best of their abilities. Hopefully there’ll be many more opportunities for further business in the near future.

  Excellent service again from this highly recommended seller - good communications - parcel delivered 25/11/24 as scheduled - model locomotive well packaged - all as described. Ran the locomotive on my club layout last night - will require some minor routine maintenance ( wheel cleaning etc ) - some of the sound functions were ok. Thank you

  Excellent item and seller. Exactly as described, very competitively priced, well wrapped and packed and delivered very quickly. Exceptionally efficient service from Jadlam, order placed late on Friday and delivered before midday on the following Monday, and even more impressive when you consider that this was during the run-in to Christmas!
