  Printed wrong font front and back, blamed a “new employee” said they’d send a new one and to keep this one, a week goes by, I ask if he shipped and if tracking info available, seller says let me check, then radio silence. I saw in feedback it’s a reoccurring problem, which means this seller is dishonest, so I returned for a refund. Avoid like the plague!

  People do make honest mistakes!!! With 93 positive feedback post and one negative being yours in all CAPS folks can judge for themselves. Look at our positive feedback we do 100% have great customer service with rational customers!!!

  This seller is a scammer. I received the shirt with the NASA logo backwards and upside down, so I started a return request. Seller contacts me and asks that I cancel the request and that they will just mail me a new proper shirt (photos were sent to prove logo mistake) so not to mess with the shipping hassle. This is where the scam starts. They never mail a new shirt and since you cancel the return request it is a pain to resolve. And they hope you just give up, but I'm not going to.
