  The item I ordered was not what I received. But thru correspondence the Seller provided 2 options. Keep the item sent in error and get refunded completely or keep the item mailed in error and the Seller would send out the correct item at no cost. I chose to have the correct item be mailed to me. They acted in a timely manner and the item is being shipped. They stood behind their word and were very customer focused. Their warehouse made a mistake. Turned a negative into a positive.

The seller was informative regarding shipping and tracking. Good seller ratings influenced my decision to purchase. I've used Silver Paste on several computer building projects and have found it's heat transfer and cooling properties very satisfactory. The price was very reasonable and shipping was fast.   I got 20 modules, as described, but not separated from 10's nor packaged, just toss in a mailer and send it. I actually should leave a neutral for poor packing, but not a factor with this board in my application. If you get 500 static bags they're nothing per bag. Now I know why these guys are cheap.
