  Everything arrived as described, the packaging was really professional. I needed something stronger for my screwdriver bits, but this didn't work for me. I contacted the company and they were extremely kind and professional. They gave me a full refund immediately after contacting them. I would buy again at any time with my eyes closed, confident that they believe in their customers and that if the product doesn't work properly, they will find a solution without wasting time.

  The item I ordered was not what I received. But thru correspondence the Seller provided 2 options. Keep the item sent in error and get refunded completely or keep the item mailed in error and the Seller would send out the correct item at no cost. I chose to have the correct item be mailed to me. They acted in a timely manner and the item is being shipped. They stood behind their word and were very customer focused. Their warehouse made a mistake. Turned a negative into a positive.
