  Buyer Beware of high shipping fees. I reached out to the seller about the 15.99 + (16.95) shipping charges, as I knew it was too much. I never received a reply. Once received, I went to the post office with the shipping label to verify my suspicion. Ground Advantage, 3oz to zone 5 with $200.00 of insurance is only $6.79. I reached out three different times asking for a refund of $10.16 for the overage in shipping. I never received a reply. I filed a report with ebay. Case# 1-490-675722569.
