  Jacob has been the best communicator from the time I purchased the item. Unfortunately, I received the gentle cleanser, not the exfoliating cleanser. I use both products and feel they are the best on the market. I purchase from Jacob who has the best price and exp date. The delivery took awhile but he gave me constant updates. For “political” reasons, it was cost prohibitive to make an exchange. My first tariff , and maybe Jacob’s”, consequence.
