  I feel bad that these items were damaged by USPS but my dealings with Jaclyn were a high point. She was apologetic (yet it wasn’t her fault - the items were wrapped and packed very well) and issued a quick refund. I offered to send the ‘surviving’ piece back but she insisted I keep it (or donate it). Very classy and won’t hesitate to give her more business. Thank you again for all of your help!
