1st class communication from this seller after I informed him that after 9 days my item hadn’t arrived by Royal Mail. He kindly emailed me explaining that Royal Mail deliveries have deteriorated a lot recently, but has no option but to use them for small items. Thankfully my long wait is over and the item was delivered today. Great to have a seller concerned about a delivery being delayed. Would recommend.

Product as described and looks good. The original delivery went missing, might have been delivered to the wrong address. Jamie of Jack The Hat was immediatly responsive when I contacted about the problem. He dispatched replacement item right away, arrived today. Excellent customer service.
