  The mug was exactly as pictured, good value and well packaged - the seller also kept me informed about shipping. Do note the '5 business days handling time after receipt of cleared payment' which is clearly posted on the listings and order early if you need by a specific date.

  Puzzle as listed and arrived in good condition. The only issue was that it appears two different puzzles were added together since the thickness of some of the pieces is considerably thinner than the rest. Was shown in listing photo so my bad for not paying attention. Thank you. A+ Seller

  I paid for this item on 2/9 and tracking was added 2/12. Today is 2/21 and the USPS tracking status still says “USPS awaiting item.” I have messaged the seller numerous times asking about the status. They have replied only ONCE to say it is lost in their warehouse and that they are looking for it. That was 4 days ago and they won’t reply with an update despite my requests. I plan to file a “not received” case tomorrow. After reading reviews, I see other buyers have had a similar bad experience.

  It was $10.00 and maybe, just maybe trying to do best here. Life happens. Did I think that my boss was out on medical leave and I am wearing 2 hats. I am sorry for the fact that I could not meet your needs, but I always resolve problems and take care of our customers. Some people just negative and angry. Why do people alway focus on the VERY few negatives thatn the positives? Just saying. Oh, and even though you have your refund, I am still looking and will ship out for free once found.
