  There was a problem with the shipping of the package, the package got lost somewhere and the carrier doesn’t know where. I never actually received the package. But this seller immediately saw there was an issue, looked into, and then issued a quick refund. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

  This was the second time this month trying to buy this RV tape on ebay. Just to have the mail deliver it to the wrong place and wrong house. This has also happened to a Walmart order of mine this month as well. Im thinking our mail system needs to be investigated to see if a new scam is going on and its not the delivery people stealing packages and saying they delivered to wrong places. But the seller refunded me back so all if great with them. So thank you for that. it does harm both of us.

  Arrived ahead of schedule, yarn is as described. Odd, it wasn't in in a box or envelope, just a shipping label on the plastic wrapper. Thank you for the very quick shipping..

  don't know about the quality, condition, value, or appearance, because it was shipped UPS and in typical UPS fashion never arrived at this address... seller sent me an apology blaming some "counter error" but, in my opinion, UPS is to blame... I try to avoid folks who discriminate against others who utilize PO boxes, but, i this case desperation led me to a shipping failure and a refund...

  There was an issue with shipping and I never received the ordered item. Seller has excellent communication and notified me of the delivery issue. Look forward to reordering and 5 star recommend this seller

  Great seller. Item was shipped and note in Ebay said it delivered on 3/14. It did not deliver 3/14 or 3/15 so I emailed seller to say it did not deliver. My money was refunded. On 3/17, item delivered. Emailed seller to let him know and hit "buy again" so he would get paid for the item that finally delivered.
