  Shipping was fast considering it was coming from Canada, and the plate was very well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful!   Unfortunately, my cup and saucer arrived with the cup severely cracked. I wasn’t entirely surprised due to the condition of the box, which had one side crushed. I messaged the seller, Jack, who replied immediately and provided a full refund shortly thereafter. The damaged item was certainly not the fault of the seller, but that of the courier who handled the package so poorly. Although I didn’t end up with a purchased item, I believe the seller’s professionalism is important feedback to note.
