  When the mobile phone was purchased and then realised that the wrong product was ordered, immediately the return process was started the same day and posted back. The seller refunded just 50 % of the price stating that the phone was "used". This was a completely false accusation and baseless. Luckily ebay intervened and the full refund was paid by ebay. Advise would be to stay away from this bogus / rogue seller.
