The pen was exactly as described in the photos etc. Pen was beautifully giftwrapped and packed in a sturdy box for delivery. Next day delivery was great, allowing me to begin writing with the pen. After the seller handed off the package, things went downhill. Pitney Bowes (PB) messed up the transfer from PB UK to PB International, so the package sat for 6 days until eBay intervened. PB handed it off to UPS. UPS lost the package. I had to call UPS multiple times before they would act because PB chose a delivery method that is not guaranteed. 28 days shipping in total. Seller was great during the whole thing
