    The quality is what it says it is which makes it a great value. It arrived in great condition, one day early. Appearance was great and everything was double bagged. I hope I need more items that this seller sells because they care. Inside my package was a packing slip with a handwritten thank you that addressed me by name and said how appreciative they were for my business. That is the kind of seller I enjoy doing business with.

    I have been buying mortar/cement from IyaKnowsBest for about a year. It's always a good value and their shipping is lightning fast. The moisture condition of the mortar upon arrival is always perfect. This is due to the great care they take in packing the product to minimize evaporation. It's ready to go right out of the bucket and cures to the appropriate appearance and surface texture as expected.
