  The pictures and what I received are different. It looks cheap and big. Seller closed my return request without asking any questions and refused to understand my complaint. I didnt pay $150 for a cheap looking apple watch band. Not appealing at all

  The item is the exact same as in the photos and the customer provided no evidence that it was different, no photos. I do have a no return policy unless it arrives damaged or is the wrong item, however I did make an exception and provide return instructions which the customer refused.
