  Would have been delighted with purchase if I didn’t have to keep asking for information. Bit like pulling hen’s teeth still haven’t replied to main queries. The fact I ordered 2 items only one arrived and tracking said order completed. So you can imagine the concern this raises and no communication from seller. Second part of my order arrived 24 hours later. Probably a fault of courier but no help from seller to confirm 2 items sent in first place. good product happy with them not so much seller

  My item never arrived which is a shame as I liked the design for the back door and it matched some garden screens. However I’m leaving a positive review because the seller quickly replied to my queries and once I’d requested a cancellation of the order, funds were refunded quickly and without further discussions.
