  I can say honestly out of all the places that I’ve dealt with about these dolls this company and ONLY this company has been absolutely AMAZING! They felt a little of dissatisfaction from me and without asking or saying a word they sent not one not two but three dolls to make up for the tiny issue I had at the time to make up for all of that! I could not believe how hard they worked to make me happy with my purchase and the employees are awesome I’ll not use any other place to buy dolls!

  Really good communication with the seller. The doll I ordered was not painted properly around the mouth was all smudged . Also the box it came in was taped up and damp/wet to touch but the seller was lovely and offered me a replacement of a different doll as this one was now sold out but my daughter didn’t like any of the other ones which were bigger in size . The seller gave me a full refund I will definitely order from them again as I can trust them to send a replacement if any thing is wrong

  Chinese seller using US warehouse. Actual name appeared in order details. Product did ship entirely within US & was exactly as described. Would order again.

  For what it costs the product is great. However, don’t expect it to feel exactly like a real woman’s breasts due to how thick the breast form shell needs to be to safely hold over 15 pounds of silicone gel filler. While shipped quickly, packaging could have been better. The original product box in a ups shipping bag by itself was very minimalist for a 16+ pound package and the product box was severely damaged upon receipt. Luckily the item itself was undamaged.
