    The was a terrible experience. Went to pick up package had to pay $31.40 in added postage because of shippers error. Contacted seller and was told that they were in the business to lose money or “give things away for free” terrible customer service! Sent pictures of receipt, package and the car. And they acted like I was trying to scam them! Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! Just terrible!

    We reached out and asked you what you’d like done in this situation. There was no error on our end as far as shipping. I’m not responsible for fees associated with your address. Your item showed up at the address you requested, in a timely manner, and well packaged. We would have happily sent you some other items to make up for your postal error. Please reach out to resolve this.
