  Accidently purchased the grey bobbles instead of the black ones. Let the seller know and they refunded the grey order within the hour! Very efficient and down to Earth sellers, items arrived on time and as described. Other sellers could take pointers from these guys. Thank you!

  The scarf provided was a small square, what was ordered was the much longer version. The apology from the seller was fine. He offered a return for replacement or refund, but the item was needed for an event with no time to accept the exchange. The apology was accepted and I was able to work with the item sent. We can all make mistakes and how we are prepared to make amends is the key.
