    I was just a girl with a simple dream: a drawer full of matching basics. Not much to ask, but of *course* technology wouldn't cooperate. Lots of tech glitches... and many sellers would have given up... but NOT Ben and Sons!     Order process was easy, received ear buds in timely manner, I was updated with tracking info and the ear buds are as expected, new and in original packaging. Ear buds paired as expected and working great. Only have used for 24 hrs so far. Hoping for many years of usage. I use these primarily to listen to my smart TV.
