  First laptop received was too small, but they replaced it without question just a few days later paying for the postage both ways. After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.

  Great seller, recieved item in excellent condition, the parcel was packed with bubble wrap and rubber padding and fragile was marked on top ,once desk top was switched on checked for updates and online connection and everything was ok. itmonster already added useful programmes that I would have had to do but were already done, so seller has a great personality for extra care for customers. 5*****+AAA++++ business class seller . Anybody that buys can be gauranteed an excellent service, thank you.

  Great laptop, worth the price so far. For a listing marked as "Same day dispatch", it took a while to ship, and no communication when I inquired when it would ship, but happy overall, thanks.

  I received my Lenovo laptop. It was fantastic quality and condition. Extremely good value for money and worth every Penney also it is extremely well wrapped and packed and the Appearance was much better than I expected A+++++++++++++ and it was a lightning Fast ship by Steve my courier at DPD I recommend this eBayer for his honesty describing this laptop thank you very much.   Item originally arrived defective however the team did resolve by sending a new one out and offering a partial refund. So definitely a reputable seller! Thanks again for the great support.
