    Nice comms with the seller, and purchased at a good price. The drives arrived, individually wrapped in sealed anti static bags, inside a box. They look in excellent, unused condition. I haven't had a chance to fully test the drives yet as waiting for my enclosure to arrive. Plugged in one drive and had very low hours as described by the seller. Can't complain, especially with the warranty.

    Item was dispatched promptly, but Fedex failed to deliver 3 days in a row. Seller responded really to my messages asking for support and kindly dispatched a replacement item via DHL which was delivered on the first attempt on the next day. The item arrived extremely well (security) packaged. On opening and unwrapped the product I found it was in excellent condition. Thanks very much to the seller for their support and getting the product to me. I would very happily buy from this seller again!

    my item arrived well packaged and as sold... however it failed shortly after. having contacted the seller they were extremely accommodating and ensured i received a correct model replacement in a few days and without asking for the return of the faulty item. great service and thank you!

    Server is good working? all cables were connected as I even didn't expected. Reliable response in time. Shipping were excellent? Pretty fast ans clear tracking, Fedex did a good job. Packaging is very safe even thou box was pretty heavy and big. Description excellent. Value reliable pretty competitive to other stores.
