No undisclosed damage or dents on the enclosure and service tag matches the one in the photos!   They honor their DOA pledge. First one worked initially but failed within 24 hours of operation. Seller sent second another exact replacement upon being notified and has worked great since its arrival. Items were well packaged and included rack ears and cables. Thank you!
