  Packaged arrived in good time, well packaged and exactly as the seller described. It was in perfect condition and a very reasonable price. I tested it immediately and it works perfectly. Would not hesitate to use the seller again.

  Item was dispatched extremely quickly and seller proactively reached out to advise of a mix up with the order which they also addressed straight away. I'd have no issues ordering from this seller again.

  Arrived reasonably quickly and is a direct replacement. Just unfortunate that the picture in the listing shows two cushions (apparently to show both sides of the item) so you may be disappointed to receive only one as I did. Having gone back over the listing I now see that it does indeed state this is only for one cushion. Sure I'm not the first to be caught out. Considering the loss of good will, the seller could make it a lot clearer that it's only for one or just send two for goodness sake!

  Can't say enough good things. Encountered an issue with the product which was resolved within no time. Communication was really good and handled expectations with delivery. Would definitely use the seller again for future products.
