    Very fast shipping, packed really well and even came with a power cable which to my knowledge was not mentioned in the listing. The BIOS came unlocked, and all the specs in the listing were correct. Great seller!

    Unfortunately, when I bought my computer, it arrived broken, but luckily it didn't take anything more than a single message to have my order refunded. I mailed it back free of charge and got my money back yesterday. It's only typical when buying used equipment that you'll run across a dud every now and then, so it's really great sellers like itad are willing to work with you. 10/10 would purchase from again.

    Item was shipped out quickly, but took a little longer to get here, likely due to USPS. Item was well protected in the item it was packed into. Item looked like what it was in the photo posted on the listing. Would purchase from again.
