  I messaged the seller to let them know that one bead was smashed in the packet on arrival because I think an extra layer of bubble wrap could prevent this in future. The seller didn't respond and there is an option to return them but I'd rather keep them and just order another pair. They are very beautiful and I don't want to send them back because I don't want to be without them.

  It's not original. Totally fake items. I ordered 2 pcs and wanted more 4 pcs but i shocked to see that it's totally fake. Seller is claimed its Lifetime Scented but in original they have not any scents. So i want to inform all those costumers who is going to purchase any item from this store. Pls don't waist your money.   Its real Agarwood and you can understand its smell by time with usage. We dont add chemical parfumery on our designs. For to make east test on agarwood; Make healing with your fingers even after that tasbih will start to give smell more. As we understood from this new account and share contact information; this account just want to damage our store and make their advertisement.
