  2nd refurbished printhead purchase. 1st purchase from seller lasted a bit over a year. Kept my out of production printer going, Hope this one lasts the same or until I run out of stockpiled ink. Excellent product and service. Fast shipping and well packed against damage. I highly recommend this seller and products to resolve Canon Pixma B200 printer head error code. Also included a helpful list of Canon error codes and solutions. I'm very pleased and would buy again from this seller.

  Don't be fooled by the bad reviews. They have very fast service and close communication. We recommend them with 5 and 5 stars. Also, in case of a problem, they offer a refund. The item arrived well packaged and undamaged.

  Haven't opened package but my order arrived in a timely manner considering the distance item had to travel. Packaged well. Previous Dell Printhead continues to work just fine and it has been a couple of months; purchased from same seller. Slightly less expensive this time which is appreciated. Will continue to buy from this seller as needed. I appreciate having this difficult to find item available re-furbished and in good condition! Thank you so much!

  The replacement print head for my Canon iP6700D seems to work perfectly. The price was reasonable, and with free shipping. Delivery required approximately 16 days from the order date, which is a long time if there is an immediate need for printed documents. However, there are few options for faster delivery times from other companies that are also selling this part. This seller's communication was probably among the best of all sellers I have purchased from on EBay.

  iSSCX was not sure which encoder strip to provide. So to be safe, they sent me 2 types of encoders at no extra cost to me. That was super nice of them! Even though one encoder was too long and the other had a very slight bend in it. The company did everything to help and provided me with fast responses. At the end they just returned a full refund and I didn't even ask for it. Because I wanted to try some rig jobs to see if I can make it work. They are very big on their reputation and quality.
