    My first order with eBay in many years, and it was superb! My order was packed very carefully and taped exceptionally well. The shipment by USPS was excellent and the shipping time and delivery from a good distance away was very good and reasonable. The appearance of my shipping box had no damage.     The seller provided excellent communication, and the transaction was flawless. Sadly (for both of us) the box was damaged in shipping and arrived broken and unusable. A quick note to inform the seller produced a prompt reply, and without my specifically asking, offered to fully refund the purchase without question. I appreciate their willingness to expedite the refund, leaving it for them to resolve a damage claim with the shipper. I would happily purchase from them in the future. Thanks !

    This is a great seller. The item was missing a few parts, and the seller refunded my whole purchase price which I wasn't expecting. Excellent communication and speedy response to emails. I would highly recommend this seller.

    This was one of my favorite eBay transactions ever! The deadbolt was new in box with all parts present and accounted for. Installation was painless and I now have a great looking and functioning electronic deadbolt, at less than half the price I paid for one at the big box store. Seller is excellent! He shipped it out extremely fast and included a nice note in case I ran into any issues. I would definitely recommend this seller! A+++
