  This is an excellent seller. I highly recommend this seller. Despite the carton my item was packed and shipped in had visible signs of damage, the bike itself did not show sign of significant damage. This is not the sellers fault, that lies with FedEx, which lost my bike for 4 days. I discussed this with this retailer, and they immediately made full remediation. The bike is great quality, and I love the bike. Great value for the price. The bike is beautiful. I will buy much more from this seller

  Fast shipper-great communication-easy to do business with-will use again-very fast at dealing with a problem-they ran out of the color that I ordered and asked if I could substitute another color-gave me the option to wait for my color or switch to another color- can’t say enough how they communicated! -and how fast they shipped-
