  Seller shipped the hero card in a Birthday card envelope with no cardboard or anything to protect it from being damaged in shipping. Seller also did not write do not bend on the envelope. When I received the hero card all 4 corners were damaged. I reached out to Seller & showed him the photos. Seller told me that the card wasn't that bad. Seller said to return & he would issue a refund. I asked for a partial refund & he refused. I told Seller I just had hip surgery so I can't drive.
