    Shipping was fantastic, packaging was very good. Items matched the description and the value was an absolute steal. While I did have to return the item (I bought the wrong sized spine car for these trailers), the communication was on point and it was very pleasant to do so. Customer Service was a 10/10

    Item was as described and listed, excellent communication between seller and myself regarding international postage item was well packed for postage to Australia with no damage being incurred, highly recommend the seller both in the USA and for Int’l buyers.

Some comedians at the Post Office decided to send the package back to Missouri when it arrived at a sorting center in Pennsylvania. It then went back from Misssouri to two centers in Pennsylvania before arriving in the the Hot Air State capital of New York at Albany, its final destination 11, days and 25 stops later... Whew!

    Item arrived on time and as described. However, WOW! customer service is beyond great. One of the cars arrived slightly damaged. I contacted seller and Joni replied. She went way beyond any expectation to make sure the issue was corrected. Being 80 years old, I have had many online transactions, and this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you, Joni and the rest of your crew that worked on this transaction.

    At first, I wasn't a happy camper because the item was not as described. The Buy it Now price was about $25-$30 below other similar items. I thought, "Well, I shop eBay looking for bargains." And, I found one. After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.
