  Shipping was fantastic, packaging was very good. Items matched the description and the value was an absolute steal. While I did have to return the item (I bought the wrong sized spine car for these trailers), the communication was on point and it was very pleasant to do so. Customer Service was a 10/10

Some comedians at the Post Office decided to send the package back to Missouri when it arrived at a sorting center in Pennsylvania. It then went back from Misssouri to two centers in Pennsylvania before arriving in the the Hot Air State capital of New York at Albany, its final destination 11, days and 25 stops later... Whew!

  Item arrived on time and as described. However, WOW! customer service is beyond great. One of the cars arrived slightly damaged. I contacted seller and Joni replied. She went way beyond any expectation to make sure the issue was corrected. Being 80 years old, I have had many online transactions, and this is the best service I have ever received.
