    The train arrived ahead of schedule and was new-in-box as advertised. The seller responded promptly to a question I had. I would order from this seller again.

    I sent this seller a message when to verify it was the EXACT item as in the listing. I also requested it be sent in a protected shipping box. I was assured of both but neither was delivered. The seller offered to refund but that is a eBay guarantee. Nothing on them. I had to print the return label and take to a UPS shipping store. All of this is terrible business and unacceptable. I will not deal with this seller again and definitely do not recommend. Buyers beware.
