    Received item really quickly & communication was great. Even though the shipping packaging was packed well, we ended up needing to return it because the collector item's box itself was severely damaged. The communication about the return & refund was seamless & prompt to resolve, which was amazing. My only critique was that I prefer sellers to disclose and/or include pictures when the display boxes are damaged in their item description so that we can decide before we purchase. Great otherwise

    This shipper advertised a new pc graphics card in the box, and that's what was delivered, if fact, this part arrived ahead of estimated delivery date, the part looks great and works great, the value of a new part being shipped to my front door to fix a critical computer crash, yes, I highly recommend this shipper to delivery in a prompt manner.
