    International Computer Brokers (ICB) is an amazing group of people. I received this hard drive that did not pass the testing. After communicating ICB about the problem and showing the test results, ICB sent me a replacement drive right away. There has been an open and honest communication from both parties. At the end, I got a fully functional drive as always intended in the transaction. ICB deserves 10 starts customer service.
