(Not to mention I had beein waiting for this item to be available for sale for months since it kept saying seller was away) also I sent a message to the seller and never recieved a response. Disappointing as well as unprofessional. Could have atleast sent me a message saying sorry for the delay but I don't have the item. Just nothing. I would not recommend this seller.

The box could have fallen off the delivery truck while going 70mph, then side-swiped by a bus and later, used in a soccer match, the mug wouldn't have had a scratch or crack!
